Jonathan Quick: Legendary Goaltender's Path to Success

Early Life and Career

Jonathan Quick was born in Milford, Connecticut on January 21st, 1986. He began playing hockey at a young age and quickly showed a natural talent for the game. Quick played for the Hamden High School hockey team, where he led them to a state championship in 2003. After graduating high school, Quick played for the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a two-time All-American.

NHL Career

Quick was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the third round of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. He made his NHL debut in the 2007-08 season and quickly became a starter.
